It feels bad to see Kid being so emotional. I think he probably got caught on purpose to save his crew mate, Killer.
And Luffy being mad about Killer's condition, I hope Kid pirates and the straw hat pirates make an alliance with each other..that would be awesome, i am freaking excited for that.
Also, the pacing on this episode was really good and not dragged at all.

i bet that alliance would be temporary tho, since kid wants to kill shanks

It would make more sense if kid and luffy make a rivalry truce rather than alliance. They fight because they enjoy it and respect eachother, not because of any kind of hate.

Nah not everybody needs to be allied with each other especially in the Worst Generation. They are pirates not schoolmates. Kid needs to build up his army up again from scratch and get some real power.

They could atleast defeat Kaido together

Kid isn't a suitable ally for Luffy because he kills too many innocent people. (That's why his bounty is close to Luffy's...)
Bege Capone, on the other hand, only kills fellow pirates, making him a suitable ally.

mmm Is actually Orochi, he is the one giving out the defective smile fruits to non soldiers and he is the one that had Killer working for him and sent him to prison so I'm guessing Kaido gave him to Orochi as some sort of war prisoner

agreed, Orochi is the more messed up one, though Kaido is of course guilty as responsible for everything that happens in Wano even if not his order like with Orochi actions.

Yeah, he doesn't come up with this crap, nor does he tell Orochi how to do things, but he also doesn't care and even thinks it's funny/entertaining.

Orochi is the most disgusting character so far, by far, even counting Doflamingo or Blackbeard. But Kaido is also quite repulsive, all he cares is about strength, his own subordinates mean nothing to him, and he doesn't have any problem with having disgusting people like Orochi working under him if it advances his goals. Luffy or Law would never want a slime like him working for them. Same for Shanks, Whitebeard and some others. Big Mom was disgusting in that she will throw away her own children if they don't go along with her crazy plans, and there's her lack of control to the point where she ate her own friends because she couldn't even handle a fasting period, but she's more of a crazy, ruthless pirate. Kaido on the other hand is complete trash, his strength is the only thing admirable about him.

Damn I feel so bad for Kid. As a captain he is suffering alot, not knowing whereabouts of his crew and their well being. Don't know after how long he found Killer and that also in a condition like this? Killer seemed so lively at Sabaody and now just look at him. Obviously he's been through some serious things.

Now I just can't wait, they really need to take down Kaido and Orochi, they're the worst.

Killer is clearly acting the exact same way as the people of Ebisu Town. He's all fucked up from seeing his captain go down the way he did and possibly from whatever happened to the rest of their crew.

It's kinda sad to watch someone who we'll see later in the series too not just this arc to become like this , ofc oda wouldn't want killer to laugh like this the whole remaining anime , i think by the end of this arc they'll do something about his and ebisu people's laugh , and now i really want someone to kill orochi
